Know your cyber risk before your insurer, your board, or an attacker does.
We help nonprofits, parishes and small businesses put the right controls in place, prove them on paper, and get help fast when something goes wrong.
Assess. Protect. Respond.
A cyber incident is a business liability: lost data, downtime, notification costs, and a claim your policy may not pay if your controls don't match your application. We manage that liability with you, year round.
Find the gaps
- Annual penetration test and risk assessment
- Dark web and email-domain monitoring
- Plain-language report for leadership
Close them
- Managed EDR, 24/7 SOC and patching
- Email security, DMARC and password manager
- Backups that are tested, not assumed
- Security awareness training
Be ready
- Written incident response plan
- Tabletop exercise with your team
- Incident Response retainer with priority access
Can you answer "yes" to these, and prove it?
Cyber insurers ask the same questions at every renewal. A "yes" you can't back up can become a denied claim. We help you answer accurately and keep the evidence ready.
| Typical question | What we provide |
|---|---|
| MFA on email and remote access? | Enforced & reported |
| EDR on every endpoint? | Coverage audit |
| Offline or immutable backups? | Tested restores |
| Phishing training for staff? | Monthly, tracked |
| Written incident response plan? | Plan + tabletop |
| Penetration test in last 12 months? | Annual report |

Response time: [to be confirmed]. If we miss your call, leave a message and send the form below.
Do this now
- Disconnect, don't power off. Unplug the network cable or turn off Wi-Fi on affected computers. Leave them on so evidence is kept.
- Call your cyber insurance carrier's breach hotline. Many policies require you to use their approved vendors. Calling first protects your claim.
- Don't pay, reply, or negotiate with anyone demanding money.
- Change passwords from a clean device, starting with email and banking.
- Write down what you saw and when: pop-ups, odd emails, files you can't open.
- Tell your bank right away if a payment or wire may be involved.
